Accommodations

- Does not speak English?
- Has hearing or vision problems?
- Has trouble reading or speaking English?
We can help! We can get you sign language interpreters or interpreters in the language you speak. They can help you talk with us or your providers. You can also get materials in other formats like large print, braille, or audio.
24-Hour Nurse Advice Line
You can call our 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line to talk with a caring, skilled nurse. This is a free call. Just call 1-833-687-7321 (833-NURSE 21) (TTY: 711). You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can help you:
- If you have a behavioral or mental health crisis and need help.
- Learn about a health problem.
- Decide when to go to your doctor, urgent care, or emergency room (ER).
- Find out more about your medications.
- Find out about health tests or surgery.
- Learn about healthy eating.
How do I access the TrueCare member handbook or provider directory?
All new members get a welcome letter and postage-paid request cards for both a member handbook and provider directory. If you want either of these just drop the card in the mail to us! We’ll mail you what you request. You can also view a copy of the member handbook online or go to findadoctor.MSTrueCare.com (Coming Soon) for the most up-to-date list of providers. Behavioral Health Crisis Line
If you are in crisis and need to talk to someone, call 1-833-687-7396 (833-NURSE 96) (TTY: 711). This is a free call. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can help you during a behavioral or mental health crisis, or find substance use treatment.
Consumer Advisory Council
The Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) meets on a routine basis. It is made up of members, parents, guardians and advocates. The CAC goes over topics and gives feedback. It also lets us hear how we can work to be better for all of our members. Please call Member Services to ask about joining.
