Quality Improvement

We are always working to improve your quality of care and service. We use data to see how well we are doing. Some of the areas of care and service that we look at are:

  • Well-child care
  • Preventive screenings
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • Chronic disease management for conditions such as:
    • Asthma
    • Diabetes
    • High blood pressure
  • Care after being in a hospital for a behavioral health condition
  • Care for children given Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) medicines

We also look at how quickly our members get care and if they got the care they needed from their primary care provider (PCP).

Preventive Health Guidelines

We use national preventive health guidelines to help you learn about staying healthy. These guidelines will help you learn about the health screenings and exams you may need. Learn more about the preventive care guidelines.
