How Do I Join the TrueCare Provider Network?
There are two ways to join the TrueCare network.
Option 1 – Online Application:
- Fill out our online application (coming soon)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select the New Contract checkbox.
- Select the MS Medicaid – TrueCare checkbox.
- Complete and Submit the form.
Option 2 – Email us (coming soon)
How Do I Get Help with the Online Application?
If you need assistance with our online application, please call Provider Services at 1-833-230-2174.
How Do I Check the Status of My Online Application?
Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Please save this email, as it will contain your Application ID. You can check your application status on the provider portal (coming soon). You will need to enter your National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Application ID to view your status. We will reach out to you via email if we need any additional information.
How Do I Participate in the TrueCare Dental Network?
TrueCare is working with Avesis to deliver dental care to our TrueCare members. If you are already in the Avesis Mississippi network, you should be automatically included in our network. To check the status of your Avesis relationship in Mississippi, please reach out to Avesis directly.
How Do I Participate in the TrueCare Vision Network?
TrueCare is working with EyeMed to deliver vision care to our TrueCare members. If you are already in the EyeMed Mississippi network, you should be automatically included in our network. To check the status of your EyeMed relationship in Mississippi, please reach out to EyeMed directly.
